Current focus is developing the User Experience of our Home Communications channels with the lead creatives to deliver clarity in often confusing and complicated sectors.

I joined Splash with a remit of establishing a global design and product team working across a wide range of clients helping them connect to their customers both on and offline through 8 studios across the world.
At Splash we enabled a consistent message throughout the whole Customer Experience. Beginning conversations through print or moving content and working across UX, UI and Product to ensure a continuation of the customer communication strategy enabling a seamless journey.

Current clients include Etihad Airways, Lexus, Ferrero, Paul Smith, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Mont Blanc, Barratt Homes and the Post Office.

As a highly successful digital agency, Steak wanted to build out it’s creative and UI capability. I was taken on to build the team and establish a creative position within Steak.

Our services range from full site development, product and app design through to advertising campaigns.

Clients included Matches Fashion, Swiftcover, John Lewis, Total Jobs and full site development for BoxFresh, (RED), British Gas, Dyno-Rod.

Head of Design | Tesco | Jun 2004 – May 2006
I was hired to design and oversee the move to taking .com to Extra. The project was centred on making Tesco a market leading experience for both new and existing customers. We worked within an agile framework to continually develop and define what the future of Tesco.com should look like. We redefined how the business used both on and offline media to communicate to its customers with seamless conversations between off and online with great commercial success.

Head of Design | thetrainline.com / virgin trains | Dec 2002 – Jun 2004
Managing thetrainline and virgin trains brands across all channels. I was responsible for guiding the concept, development, design and information architecture of a team of 5 designers to create user-centered, effective digital design solutions for a total of 19 partner sites at thetrainline.
Leading ‘firsts’ for the brand including the design development of an iDTV solution for thetrainline.

I was initially booked for 2 weeks to help develop a digital position for BMI Baby, the low-cost carrier from British Midland Airlines. This placement ended up being extended to 7 months whilst I worked on further projects for the National Lottery, DeBeers and Belgacom.

Freelance contract for projects including Redesign, structural and visual design work for existing clients of Barkers including; T-Mobile, Abbey National, The Metropolitan Police and the NHS.
